Patch Manager Duties - I'm Back.

Hi Everyone,

Just letting you all know that I am back on deck.
I will be getting around to going over the patch notifications that I
missed while absent.

As always - if you feel your patch has not received appropriate
attention , please feel free to ping the dev list.
You can do this by replying to your own, original posting with some
appropriate text along the lines of;
"Ping. This submission has received no reviews / comments."

Please ensue that you include the dev mailing list as a recipient of
some sort in your reply. I.e. don't simply reply to only yourself!
