Yes I did notice that... but that would require me to know all ticket
numbers and what issue was addressed in each ticket.
Not every patch submission has it's issue number attached to it.
So short of self-enrolling in every single individual ticket - well as
you can imagine I was thinking that was going to be a very painful
experience... and simply not feasible.

I wasn't aware of the issues mailing list - but now am - and will use
that.
