Tracking conversations in the issue tracker.

Hi Everyone,

I have on my "watch" list a patch submission to mailer.py here;
http://subversion.tigris.org/ds/viewMessage.do?dsForumId=462&dsMessageId=2362774

I went to the issue tracker, and noticed under ticket number, 3427
that Michael C. Pilato and Jon have been having a discussion about the
issue.

So generally , my question is how do you manage to track the dev list
and the issue tracker at the same time?
How do you know to check the issue tracker for updates?
Is there an email notification for issue tracker updates?/
is it a "whole" list - or do you need to subscribe (cc) to individual
tickets?

If it is the latter - is there any possibility for CCing the dev list
in issue tracker updates - automagically?

Gavin.
