Looking at the existing build system is what I'm already doing, but as you
can see I still post for direct answers here to potentially save me some
time. However, so far, everyone seems to be telling me to "reverse engineer"
the scripts myself, which isn't exactly the community support I was looking
for.

Just to be clear, I'm not looking for obvious answers such as "Look at the
build scripts" or "figure it out yourself". I want helpful answers, things
that can save me time. I do not mean to sound rude, but so far I've gotten
no real help from anyone.

One thing that is going to be difficult to figure out from the build scripts
(at least for me, being new to it and all) is if libsvn_fs is required for
the client. Literally this just requires a "yes" or "no" from anyone on this
list at minimum. I don't think I'm asking for too much. Could someone help
me out please? I'd be grateful!
