Listing things in the order they were available/submitted is also a good
way to not play favorites, and yet doesn't reward companies for choosing
names at the beginning of the alphabet :-).

I think chronological order is better in situations like this... IMHO,
frankly, a company that has been making binaries available for years
shouldn't suddenly be listed after a company that just showed up to the
party this afternoon.
