I'd like to add that trunk's `make check-swig-py' segfaults on my ubuntu.
That would be another buildbot failure, right? (I think Hyrum was saying
something in that line, too)

The swig-py tests pass on 1.6.2, but so far trying to run that swig-py
example from the svnbook segfaults as well -- python segfaults, no error
detail is printed. I'd love to try out those bindings, but they seem shaky.
