Negative. I didn't post any code.

Positive, sort of. I haven't yet produced a patch that accurately
describes the contents of the current installer, mostly because of lack of
enthusiasm and because I wasn't sure which of the files are actually
required.

E.g. the installer ships with libsasl.dll, but SASL is listed as optional
in the INSTALL document. On the other hand, OpenSSL is optional too but is
listed in the current version of the document. Maybe we should just make
the list identical to what the official installer uses and then amend the
wording to say that this is only a demonstration of the required layout,
not the required files list. This seems more future-proof.

If there is interest, I can make such a patch.
