Does this imply a flag day some time soon? In fact, I'm going to go
out on a limb here and tell people we're going to make wc-ng the
standard format on trunk by the end of the week. You can still test
it by defining the SVN_ENABLE_NG environment variable at runtime.

(I successfully did a checkout of trunk into a wc-ng working copy this
morning. Yay!)
