Hi Michal,

It means nothing other than, there has not been a response to your
original patch submission.
At this time, it would seem that your patch has not been committed,
but similarly it has not been rejected either.

In my role as PM, if a patch submission does not receive any response,
then I reply to it - just so as to bring it back to the top of
everyone's email list.
Thus, if someone has missed it the first time around - they might see
it this time and perform a necessary action.

I.e. they might;
  - accept and commit your patch,
  - provide a comment back to you as to a change they require in your
patch before they commit it,
  - ask a question about it, etc...

For your part - there is nothing is more for you to do at this stage.
