The changes I made to change-svn-wc-format.py were 2.4 specific and
used the comma.

Getting a little jittery as I just checked out the latest revision
which doesn't have the "as" syntax. So really, I have no idea
where I got the change-svn-wc-format.py from. My bad. (bewildered
look)
