Btw, meaning to ask. What compiler should I use to compile the
Subversion code on a Windows platform?

So what are the *actual* requirements to be the issue manager?
(Well, aside for understanding English.) What about the FAQ manager?
(I'm surprised there's no FAQ manager yet.)
