SCPlugin with SVN 1.6.0, for the developer

If you're on the users@ list (as all good developers are, right? ;-),
you've already seen that I just released SCPlugin 0.7.3l with
Subversion 1.6.0. If you missed the message, you can find it here:

Some additional notes for Developers are in order.

As discussed earlier, this change forced me to revamp the way we
support variant Subversion versions in the build environment. I've
also updated the "Building" tab on our front page with these details.
The long-and-short is:

  1. Pick a configuration to select your Subversion
  2. Whenever you change Subversion versions, it's very important that
you
   a. Clean the "All" target (not "Clean All", a subtle distinction)
   b. Build the "Subversion Clean" target (again note the subtleties)
  3. Build the "Subversion" target
  4. Proceed as normal
