  - handles 'svn' scheme
* ra_local : Module for accessing a repository on local disk.
  - handles 'file' scheme

Basic and cross-realm GSSAPI still work with https and svn.
This is linked against apr 1.3.3, neon 0.28.3, Cyrus SASL 2.1.22,
and heimdal 1.0.1.

I'll try to test the server later today.
