Probable bug: Update removes unversioned files

This has been reported by one of our users and is reproducible with
Subversion 1.5.6:

- Have a conflicted file with corresponding .mine file.

- Delete (physically, not 'svn rm') conflicted file, in order to
keep auxiliary files (including .mine file) intact.

- "svn up conflicted-file" to get a clean version from the server

Now with this update the auxiliary files, including .mine file, are
removed; hence user's local changes are lost without performing any
"dangerous" command like revert/resolve.
