   Thanks for the reply.

   I finally got a chance to get back to this and discoverd what was
causing this behaviour. It turns out this was not a SVN bug after all.
The two repositories in question were hosted on a server running
Subversion 1.4.6 that somehow did not get upgraded when it should have
been. :-(

   I guess I should have been less tired the last time and should have
caught this before posting in the first place.
