Mark already reminded you that we changed the UUID of the repos when we
purged old mergeinfo around the 1.5.0 release timeframe. From time to time,
we've had some problems with metadata updating correctly on the root notes
of working copies (propchanges, etc.). I wonder if we have another bug in
this space?
