Trouble with attachments - better?

OK, this pointy little hat you see me wearing is actually a lightning
rod. Cringing all the way, I announce that last night's brief outage
and upgrade should have made material progress on the mail-list
content problems: as of last night, no information should be lost. It
may be packaged inconveniently (as an attachment rather than in-line),
but it should be available, both by email and by web.

Is that what y'all are seeing? I'm very interested in all confirming,
and even more so contradicting, reports.

We're still working on the other problems. I'll keep you informed.
