We've found an improvement, that will deliver the whole message as an
"inline" attachment (rather than utterly hiding it), which is in the
queue. What that actually looks like to the end user depends on their
choice of Mail User Agent. RFC say MUAs "should" present it like it
was just plain ol' text, but many MUAs show it as an attachment
instead (or, in at least one case, both ways).

We haven't found a way to show large message bodies to email
recipients while keeping them from crashing the system (which was the
presenting problem that led to the annoying behavior under discussion).
