Switched flag bug?

OS: Windows XP 32-bit
Eclipse: 3.3.2
Subversion Client Adapter: 1.5.2
Subclipse: 1.4.7
JavaHL: 1.5.4.1
SVNKit Client Adapater: 1.5.4
SVNKit Library: 1.2.5297

When I switch a folder to a different branch (from /trunk/* to
/branches/RB_1.49/* for example), the flag for "switched" is still set
to false. It seems to me this was working in the past, although it's not
a feature I use often so I can't report exactly when. In every other way
except the flag, it appears the switch was successful. Is it bug worthy,
however?
