Re: Relocating admin dir outside of the working copy.

We haven't started any code to remove the .svn subdirectories, as that
would interfere with our pending 1.6 release. All of this work will
occur during the 1.7 development, which is scheduled for release next
summer (June or July). We may have some code which removes the .svn
subdirectory sometime in late February, I'd guess.
