There are different ways one can lock a keyring. Simply way do a logout
from the session and keyring will get locked. Another way is set idle
time for lock out, which I hope can be done through
gnome-keyring-manger.

I developed a command line tool, with which you can do some basic
operations on keyring. Here I',m attaching it.
