close google project hosting issue post-commit hook

I created this post-commit hook to check commit messages for strings
like "fixes issue #1907", and close the corresponding Google project
hosting issues:

I am using it on the repository of a project that I contribute to:
http://qubit-toolkit.org/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page

We run our own repository, but use Google project hosting for tracking
issues. My hope is that this script might be useful to any other
projects which also run their own repository, but use Google project
hosting for tracking issues.

I would like to contribute this script back to the Subversion project:

I am happy to make any changes, assign any license or copyright that you
think best.
