No, for the most part the headers that were formerly on the various
Subversion lists were a non-standard customization (a customization,
and done in a non-standard way to boot) for the Subversion project.
Because the former customizations were done in a non-standard way,
they did not carry forward into the new platform, hence the
disappearance. The headers provided by the old list service were only:

  - From:
  - Subject:
  - Date:
  - To:
  - Reply-To: (of hated memory)
  - Message-Id:
  - InReply-To:
  - References:
  - List-Post:
  - Precedence: bulk

There was discussion during the design phase of the new DS as to what
headers to add, but it didn't reach a clear decision. The present
situation was implemented as a way of, at least, providing a standard
way to do such customizations -- that is, to allow the lists to be
configurable for extra headers, as discussed in this thread.

Has this thread converged on a consensus as to what ought to be
provided? If so, I'd be happy to make sure that's reflected in an issue.
