svn@ mailing list fix needed [Fwd: Re: svn commit: r34506 - trunk/subversion/libsvn_fs_base]

This email appears to have gone to svn@ judging by the URL in the footer, but it
has two List-Id headers:

List-Id: <svn.subversion.tigris.org>
List-Id: <dev.subversion.tigris.org>

In my case it's ending up in my dev@ folder even though I don't want it to.

Wiping the caches is easy enough -- just delete the 'node-origins' file.
The nasty part is figuring out when that's necessary.
