Yup. The software running tigris.org was not supporting it (tho it should have).

Agreed. CollabNet upgraded tigris.org at some point in the past 24
hours. Somebody said they put a notice on the website. Personally, I
think that was NOT the right way to go. My own experience is that I
hit the website maybe once a month. It sounds like you may be in a
similar position.

It also sounds like they were advised, based on their staging
experience, that the headers were not present, but they did not
correct that before rollout.

I've patched our svn lists, but we're still looking to CollabNet to
provide a general/default solution for all lists and all projects.
