I can find no mention of Serf in that thread, but on the contrary it
says the problem is in libsvn_ra_neon.

OK, then it might be a different bug. I don't think we need to split the
issue into two unless the original reporter of issue #3119 comes back
with more details. The issue is now about your bug!
