Not necessarily blockers, but some bugs I've kept half-an-eye open on:

* commit_tests 28 is XFail over ra_svn (was not XFail in 1.5)

* canonicalization errors reported by Jens Seidel and Philip Martin

* can't remove uncommitted file external (reported by me to dev@)
