Well, I'm a little familiar with the code (because I studied it to create
this patch ...).

I applied this patch in an earlier 1.4 version of SVN, and it worked fine.
It just adds the ".." link in one additional situation: when there is
a replository list. I cannot imagine what unexpected side-effects that
could have.

So, please commit it, and just revoke my commit rights when it
doesn't work (oh, I don't have that ...., otherwise I would have
committed it myself). :-)
