Signature for 1.5.4 release

Hi,

Unfortunately I could not access my collab.net account right now.

So subscribed from my personal id and sending my signature and hence could
not respond to release owner's email.

I built with the following configure invocation.

./configure --prefix=/home/kamesh/1.5.4 --enable-javahl
--with-jdk=/opt/jdk1.5.0_10 --with-swig=/usr/local/swig-1.3.28
--with-berkeley-db=/usr --enable-shared --with-ssl --enable-maintainer-mode
--with-junit=/home/kamesh/downloads/junit3.8.1/junit.jar

I tested [ra_local, ra_svn, ra_neon, ra_serf] * [fsfs, bdb]

ra_serf had 2 failures basic_tests.py-6 and copy_tests.py-25

As serf is experimenatl +1 to release.
