Vim editor: automatic subversion-style indenting

Hi Vim users && subversion developers,

I just added this Vim Tip for automatic subversion coding style in Vim. The
advanced setup is found on the dev@ mailing list. The simpler setup isn't.
Any additions/improvements welcome.
