[PATCH] Correct FAQ: Subversion 1.5 can checkout single file using sparse checkouts

Someone asked on the Subversion User group how to checkout just a single
file. I posted instructions how this can be done via sparse checkout.

Ryan Schmidt mentioned that the FAQ is out of date, and asked me to
submit a patch for the FAQ.
