it nonetheless.

Since the time between Linux and Windows is so astonishing, I thought
I would throw in the times for svn status --ignore-externals on this
working copy:

Linux: 0.3 seconds
Windows CSVN: 80 seconds
Windows TSVN: 85 seconds
