Improved in r31466.
I also removed the limit on the number of issues that can be returned in
one page of results. (Well, I set the limit high enough that we'll
never hit it). Now a search for all existing issues returns 2850
issues. The results page will discreetly print this warning:
"This list exceeds Issue Tracker's history capacity; the
Next/Prev/First/Last buttons won't appear."
However, the results page seems perfectly functional, and I counted that
all 2850 issues were there.
