Yep, I know. Nevertheless I decided for this to simplify the task of
finding my email address for other people. I remember that I once needed
a long time to find the previous committer (now I know about COMMITTERS
and @tigris.org).

Ah, changing is enabled ... If you think it is indeed a good idea to
remove the "Patch by:" line, please do so yourself. But considering the
fact that my address is not contained in the PO file I doubt it is a
good idea.
I will now start reporting the bugs against gettext (in Debian's bug
tracker) and after this continue updating and merging the translation
into 1.5.x.
I'm really busy these days, sorry.
