Google Summer of Code project: sparse checkouts deselection interface.

We hadn't made an official announcement before now, so:

Guo Rui <timmyguo_at_mail.ustc.edu.cn> is a Google Summer of Code 2008
student with the Subversion project, working on issue #2843: create an
interface for removing stuff from working copy, a.k.a. the sparse
checkouts "deselection interface".

He's already begun, and some of his patches to the --depth code have
been committed in fact. I'm his official GSoC "mentor", though of
course anyone is welcome to review his patches, offer advice, etc.

We also have another SoC student, Martin Bauer, working on some authz
improvements, but Lieven Govaerts is the mentor for that, so I'll let
them make the detailed introduction.

Congratulations to Guo Rui and Martin Bauer -- and to Subversion for
getting them! :-)
