All additions to contrib/ must be sponsored by a full committer (see
http://subversion.tigris.org/hacking.html#partial-commit-access). Since
I am not a committer, I cannot sponsor you.

I have also not looked at your script (it was a zipped attachment and
I don't know VBScript), so I have no opinion on it.
