No. 1.5 is closed to new features and enhancements at this point.

I can't speculate on that. Maybe 1.6; maybe later. It really depends on
how strongly the need arises from the community of Subversion users, and how
the developers perceive its relative priority compared to other things. Of
course, patches from willing and able volunteers vastly tip the balance of
things in favor of feature inclusion. :-)

Honestly? It was hard. At the time the changelists feature was developed,
the exact meaning of a directory with a changelist wasn't sufficiently
solidified, so rather than spin our wheels guessing about what users wanted,
we decided to delay that portion of the feature until folks had a chance to
use the files-only support and give qualified feedback about what they saw
as lacking.
