That's right. Basically, this request is a sub-set of this point in
original proposal. As per proposal, the default behavior is to show only
eligible revisions. The request is not to display eligible revisions for
a deleted target, if '-q' switch, or whichever switch we are going to
decide on, is passed.

I would even recommend to make it a default behavior. If --verbose/-v
switch is used, we could display merged/eligible revisions for a deleted
target.
