Patch Manager

Hi,

I saw Hyrum Wright's mail on the users mailling list regarding the role of
patch manager. I would like to hereby put in an application for taking up
that role. I have user level and some basic admin level experience with
subversion. Admin level experience has included repository creation,
svnserve user accounts management and hooks (enforce log messages, commit
emails etc.).

I understand that this role will involve a lot of email skimming and am
prepared to do that for the reward of understanding Subversion Internals
(and getting my name up on the website :-)). I am also hereby attaching my
resume.
