There's exactly one TODO(sd) comment left, and IMHO it needs no
attention before 1.5; it's just a minor possible UI optimization.

The TODO(reint) comments need a look, though roughly half of them are
just about documentation.

I'm still working on issue #3089 (correct reporting of server-side
mergeinfo capability), but no roadblocks encountered or anticipated.
I'll try to finish it tomorrow; see r29257 and r29259 (and r29258 and
r29260 for some possible code unduplication, if there's time). Issue
#3089 does need to be done for 1.5 (and therefore for RC1).

Also, I'd like to nominate & port some changes before RC1:

   * Interactive conflict resolution UI: r29189, r29228, r29232, r29251
     (waiting a day for consensus on new UI)

   * FSFS recovery: r29175, r29252
     (waiting on review, could nominate now)

   * Trivial allocation fix: r29174

   * API name fixes: r29194

   * Documentation fixes: r29193

Just haven't gotten them into STATUS yet!
