[PATCH] Fix Issue 2992: fsfs svnadmin recover may leave repository in a broken state

Hi All,
    I have attached a patch to Issue 2992 "fsfs svnadmin recover may
leave repository in a broken state". The patch has the log message
inside and includes a test to prove it works. Below is a direct link
