mod-dav-svn high level logging compatibility

I'm starting on some improvements to our high-level logging,
small at first. It would be difficult to make some improvements
compatibly, which had me worried. However, log parsing is
arguably esoteric enough that we can just note changes in the
release notes and let admins sort it out for themselves. I'm not
sure that's the right answer, though, and not sure what everyone
else thinks.

However, when parsing some of my own logs, I came across a change
in format we've already made for 1.5:

Changed paths:
   M /trunk/subversion/mod_dav_svn/version.c

Commits should log the commit target path(common denominator).

* subversion/mod_dav_svn/version.c
  (): Bump up copyright year.
  (merge):
   Log commit target path also.

There may be others; I am not sure. Neither this nor any other
log format change is documented in the release notes.
