That's great! If you could share a description of the approach you're
going to use - maybe posting some half-way progress on dev@ - we could
help you improve the quality of your code and even help improve
chances the code will be included in the main line.

You're aware of the procedures and coding hints/requirements we put
down in http://subversion.tigris.org/hacking.html? Abiding by them
will help improve chances of inclusion. Re-using available APR
functions (instead of increasing dependencies) also helps.
