See - I don't agree with that - if it's present in the codebase, it
should always be there by default. Allow a maintainer to *disable*
it, but trying to outthink the user is silly. Give them the loaded
gun if they wish. But, having to twiddle any bits to give orders of
magnitude speedups in the test suite is bad form. It should all work
out-of-the-box. -- justin
