Unless someone stops me, I'm going to delete the above referenced branch
tonight, rebranch from trunk and reapply the changes that Nik and I have applied
to the branch. I messed up one of the merges from trunk to the branch in SVK
and now there is a lot of cruft lying about (the whole java/javahl rename stuff
got messed up). Rather than try and clean up what is there, I'll just start
again from scratch. I can apply the original commits in order with the same log
messages, just to preserve the "history" of things.
I don't think I am going to be able to get all of Nik's stuff in a form for
committing pre-1.5, but I'd like to at least get the other changes that I have
been shepherding into a clean enough form to hit trunk before that branches.
This would include exporting more of the newer Subversion API methods into the
Perl bindings (patches by Troy Curtis, Jr and Mattias Endegard originally).
