Possible depth bug with status?

I am testing via file://

I do a checkout --depth=immediates.

This command returns everything:

svn st -u

So I see all repository stuff that I do not have as incoming changes.
This is also true when using the API (via JavaHL) and passing
svn_depth_unknown to the API.

I assume it should just show info about stuff I have unless I say
depth=infininity.
