Please vote for backport of r21406

Hi,

I reported last friday a problem (issue #2966) about directory
properties which turned out to be a duplicate (sorry for the noise) of
issue #2608 for wich there is a trunk fix (r21406).

I'm an happy user of SVK, but unfortunately SVK relies on directory
properties working properly (ie properly failing in fact) to store its
merge-tickets.

I'm almost sure this bug is the source of the SVK issue our group of
developpers is constantly encountering (see [1]), although I didn't
verify r21406 fixed the issue (I'm not too keen to backport myself this
change to 1.4.x).

So, that would be really über-great if the next 1.4.x sub-release (if
there is one) could contain a backport of the changeset r21406.
