The first idea that came to my mind when I read '--no-changelist' (so I
didn' t read any further yet) was that it somehow ignores/hides the
changelist information.
For example say you would want to show the status of the working copy.
With 'svn st --no-changelist' it would just show the a list of files
without showing the corresponding change lists. (This is probably
already possible, but that's not my point.)

Maybe it's a better idea to call this option '--not-in-changelist' as it
sounds less ambiguous (at least to me).
