New basic feature ?

Hello,

I unfortunately do not have time so I can't help you and do it by myself. I
have anyway a request regarding SVN internal server. Following installation
of SVN on our network, the architecture we choose is to manage several
repositories (at least 30) each one containing several projects (about 100
or sometimes more).
But we have a problem with users. They'll never remember the name off all
repositories even if they need to access them.

So one thing I found missing to SVN is the possibility to list all existing
repositories.
I know that it is possible to make a workaround with Apache/Http but I would
prefer to have such a feature in SVN server.
This will also allow to improve SVN clients features and allow development
of a real "SVN explorer".

I'm quite sure it is not a big job to add a command that would list all the
existing repositories. Do you think it could be added ?

Regards
Franck
