1.4.4 checksum mismatch error

Hi,

this time with a usable subject. Sorry for sending it twice.

i'm trying to merge a branch to trunk from my collab.net repository and i'm
receiving a reproducible checksum mismatch error.

merging
from http://subcommander.tigris.org/svn/subcommander/trunk@1840
to http://subcommander.tigris.org/svn/subcommander/branches/qt4@head

into a fresh local checkout of /trunk delivers an checksum mismatch error:

Checksum mismatch for 'sublib/config/ConfigFile.cpp':
expected checksum: d7352af242d4c17f8c5a0191f1c48149
actual checksum: b4be4b582e0e4e4143d5d69239e1d9dc

I have tried subcommander build against svn 1.4.4 and tsvn build against 1.4.4. Same error.

It is a public repository so maybe it helps to track down a bug?

Another question is, how do fix it?
